Who are Renato Moicano and Tom Nolan?

Moicano (21-7-1), 37, was set to meet Brian Ortega again at UFC 331 in September: the American withdrew injured and Nolan took his place. The Brazilian comes in off a submission win over Chris Duncan in April, after two losses, to Islam Makhachev for the lightweight title and then to Beneil Dariush. In 2024 he stopped France's Benoit Saint Denis and then Jalin Turner, back-to-back TKOs.

Nolan (11-1), 26, lost his UFC debut to Brazil's Nikolas Motta and has not lost since: five straight wins, two of them first-round finishes. The latest, by unanimous decision, against France's Fares Ziam.

What else is worth watching on the card?

In the co-main event, Jamaica's Randy Brown (20-8), who has lost three of his last four, takes on American Jacobe Smith, unbeaten in thirteen pro fights. Smith has won all four of his UFC fights inside the distance, three of them in the first round.

At women's bantamweight, Russia's Yana Santos, ranked No. 6, faces Brazil's Luana Santos, No. 7. Both come in on three straight wins.

The main card also has Ode' Osbourne - Cody Durden at flyweight and Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani - Farman Hasanov, unbeaten in six fights. On the prelims: Francis Marshall - Dakota Hope, Rodrigo Sezinando - Theodor Berggren, Julian Erosa - JeongYeong Lee, Zachary Reese - Mickey Gall, Nick Klein - Joe Kropschot, Talita Alencar - Piera Rodriguez and Lucia Szabova - Tainara Lisboa. A former Oktagon champion, the Slovak is unbeaten in twelve fights.
