French MMA fighter Benoit Saint Denis and his coach Daniel Woirin are going their separate ways after five years working together.
The fighter made it official himself on Thursday 30 May 2024.
I have worked with Daniel for a very long time, but yes, we have put our relationship on hold. We are on separate paths now, but we are both still in MMA, still focused on performance.
The coach said on Instagram the following day, Friday 31 May, that the decision had come from the fighter and those around him.
Saint Denis' last fight
The Frenchman last competed on 18 May 2024, in grappling at the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship, where he beat England's Marc Diakiese.
Who does Benoit Saint Denis fight next?
His next opponent is not known yet. The fight could come at the next UFC Paris, on Saturday 28 September at the Accor Arena.
