The 2025-2026 Champions League final was played on Saturday 30 May at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary, between holders Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.

Who won the 2026 Champions League?

Paris Saint-Germain kept their title, drawing 1-1 and winning 4-3 on penalties against Arsenal. It is a second Champions League in a row for the club.

Arsenal had opened the scoring early, in the 6th minute, through Kai Havertz. Paris had to wait until the hour mark and a penalty converted by Ousmane Dembélé in the 65th minute to draw level.

The shoot-out

Neither the end of normal time nor extra time separated the sides.

For Paris, Ramos, Doué, Hakimi and Beraldo all scored; only Mendes missed. For Arsenal, Gyökeres, Rice and Martinelli converted, but Eze and Gabriel missed — two failures that handed the cup to PSG.

Germany's Daniel Siebert refereed the match.
